As an energy management expert and Certified Scrum Master, Dr. Aina has contributed significantly to the Facilities Management industry. He hosts the FMTalk360 radio program, educating professionals in the field and runs an insightful blog. His commitment to knowledge dissemination extends to organizing yearly International FM Education Tours to Ghana and Dubai.

Dr. Aina is not just a practitioner; he plays a vital role in education as a lecturer in the Masters in Facilities Management (MFM) Program at the University of Lagos. Additionally, he was the Interim Executive Secretary of the National Steering Committee of the Association of Facilities Management Practitioners, Nigeria (AFMPN), former director of membership and professional development, and the current deputy president of the association, AFMPN.
