As a Certified Management Consultant, Chartered Administrator, and Facility Management and Sustainability Professional, he brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for making a positive impact on people, systems, and the nation.
Mr. Korede assumed the role of Managing Director at Eliezer Workplace Management Limited in June 2017, where his strategic leadership has driven the company’s success. His skills span customer service, facilities management, budgeting, system administration, team building, contract management, and more. His commitment to excellence and sustainability is evident in the implementation of initiatives such as Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Development.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Korede served as the Executive Director at Eliezer Workplace Management Limited from June 2006 to June 2017, where he played a crucial role in shaping the company’s direction and success.

Mr. Korede is not only a professional but also a fervent sustainability advocate with cross-sectoral experience in developing and implementing Sustainability & ESG initiatives/strategies. His expertise extends to policy development, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis & management. Driven by a purposeful living ethos, Mr. Korede founded the Brilliance and Purposeful Foundation (BPF) in January 2016. The foundation focuses on poverty alleviation and serves as a testament to his dedication to empowering people.
As a member of the Steering Committee of the Association of Facilities Management Practitioners, Nigeria (AFMPN), Mr. Korede contributes to steering the direction of the Association and advocating for best practices in facilities management.

Mr. David Korede’s academic journey reflects his commitment to leadership and sustainability. He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from Unicaf University. Additionally, he pursued the Senior Management Program (SMP) in Business Administration and Management at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.
His educational achievements also include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ibadan, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Leadership and Strategic Studies from Nigeria Defence Academy, and a Bachelor’s degree from Ecole Superieure Sainte Felicite University.
